Recommended activity from 3 years old.

Supplied buoys and wearing the helmet strongly recommended, helmet ready if necessary.

*For all winter activities, ski clothing and après-ski, gloves are strongly recommended. Our helmets will be equipped with charlotte, but do not hesitate to bring yours!

Contraindications: activities not recommended for pregnant women, cardiac or wearing devices and epileptics.
